Teen Town

This space was designed to give teenagers at Covenant Children's Hospital their very own place to escape the normal hospital routine and get a break from their rooms. Teen Town provides a space for teenagers their siblings, and friends to come and have fun. Some of the activities in Teen Town include,

  • Video game stations featuring both Xbox and Playstation consoles
  • Photo booth
  • Movies
  • Board games
  • Arts and Crafts
  • Homework room
  • Snack room
  • Special visitor goups

Teen Town was specifically designed to give long-term patients a place to escape their hospital environment. Covenant Children's has hosted weekly summer parties in Teen Town featuring food donated by restaurants such as Dion's Pizza, Sonic, Chick-Fil-A, and Tom and Bingos BBQ. Not only does Teen Town offer our patients a sense of normalcy, but it also provides hospitalized teens an opportunity to meet other patients while admitted here, which can be very therapeutic.
