Cardiothoracic Surgery
Cariothoracic surgery services offered:
Covenant Children's has a partnership with Cook Children's Hospital.
Depending on the procedure required and complexity of the case, Cook's
team of expert provider's may either perform the surgery at Covenant
or at Cook's campus in Fort Worth. In general, a patient is considered
for surgery at Covenant Children's if they are non-emergent and they
have a patent ductus arteriosus (PDA), ventricular septal defect (VSD),
or atrial septal defect (ASD).
