Corporate Leaders and Pillars
Our Corporate Leaders group is made up of organizations who donate $2,500 or more to Covenant for the benefit of the patients and families we serve. Corporate donors partner with Covenant to impact the health of Lubbock County and all of West Texas and eastern New Mexico. (need to provide logos for Leaders)
Our Corporate Pillars provide sustaining support for Covenant Health over a period of years, totaling more than $50,000. Covenant has a long history of partnering with corporations and corporate foundations to achieve mutual goals. These organizations have a vested interest in supporting our region's largest health system, providing the finest healthcare in the communities in which their employees and customers live, work and play.
Cause related marketing is a partnership between your business and Covenant Children's Hospital. It's as simple as our logo being associated with your brand, product, or service to promote your company and encourage sales while raising money for Covenant Children's.
In fact, it's been proven that consumers like and prefer to give their business to companies that share their profits with a worthy-cause like Covenant Children's. Partnering with Covenant Children's not only benefits a great cause, but it also benefits your business because it builds social and community values around your brand, product, or service.
Cause related marketing isn't just limited to businesses. It may include organizations, committees, and individuals. As one person said, cause related marketing is "a way to merge your profit center with your 'passion center' and build a business that mirrors your personal values, beliefs, and integrity."
Here are a few examples of current programs:
- Spirit of Halloween – the seasonal Spirit of Halloween store in Lubbock solicits donations to support Covenant Children's Hospital. Funds raised are augmented by the corporate office located in New Jersey; following the 2011 Halloween season, we received a gift of more than $6,000 to benefit Covenant Children's Hospital
- Sonic – The owners of the local Sonic franchise support Covenant Children's Hospital in many ways. We have benefitted from both "Chili for Children" and "Chillers for Children" percentage-of-sales promotions, in addition to other support they regularly provide.
- Kohl's Cares – Kohl's has generously partnered with Covenant Children's Hospital since 2005. To date, more than $145,000 has been donated to Covenant Children's Hospital through this outstanding corporate philanthropy program.
Would your organization or your employees like to give back to the community? Does serving children or supporting children's health match up with your corporate giving philosophy and goals? If so, we would love to talk with you about your organization or employees can support Covenant Children's Hospital.
